This is important. Stop big cat hunting. This literally is making me cry.
The way the lion tries to shut out the light…
:Why would you shoot it?
Fuck Melissa Bachman. She can shove that rifle up her @ss and pull the trigger for all I’m concerned
Pretty Deadly covers collection, for the opening arc.
Here is something I wanted to put together for quite a while.
Wasn’t sure about this. Found the interiors a bit messy and unclear. Not really a style I get attracted to…. But these are some nice covers. Reminds me off Eric Herenguel’s Lune d’argent sur Providence
Little more practice. Man… I’m slow… But so is my computer…..:/ #art #artist #illustrator #illustration #fantasy #practice #digital #digitalart #wizard #mage #color #photoshop #ralfvdhoeven #ralf #ralfvanderhoeven
Joan Rivers called Jennifer Lawrence arrogant because Jennifer had this to say about Joan Rivers’ show:
There are shows like ‘Fashion Police’ that are just showing these generations of young people to judge people based on all the wrong values and that it’s OK to point at people and call them ugly or fat. They call it ‘fun’ and they say ‘welcome to the real world’ — and that shouldn’t be the real world. It’s going to continue being the real world if we keep it that way. We have to stop treating each other like that and stop calling each other fat.
Jennifer was asked for her opinion and she answered honestly. I find it hilarious that Joan Rivers, who makes a living by criticizing people’s fashion choices, is calling Jennifer Lawrence arrogant because she gave her honest opinion. I’m not sure that Rivers understands the definition of “arrogance”, because Jennifer didn’t say anything self-important or conceited.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahaha guess who looks arrogant now sweetcheeks.
Ha. Who cares about Joan Rivers little bullshit opinions. The woman uses Play Doh to get her face in order. She’s just an ignorant jealous has-been.
I have been wanting to assemble a huge post of some of the amazing women artists out there, because it seems like too often they get overlooked when it comes to being honored and recognized. This year, I was incredibly honored to be nominated for a Hugo award in the Best Professional Artist category, but I was a little shocked to find out there hadn’t been another woman nominated in that category since Rowena Morrill in 1986. That’s more than a little ridiculous, considering there are so many women artists out there, they are all amazing, and they all need more visibility and recognition. I encourage you to browse through and visit their websites, and please reblog and add more artists to the list! I know this is NOWHERE near comprehensive and that are tons more artists out there.
This list mostly covers mostly professional illustrators and scifi/fantasy artists. I know I’m missing out on a ton of talented people in comics, animation, fine art, and people who do primarily fan work, but I don’t know quite as much about those areas so they aren’t as well represented here; my apologies.
(The tags got cut off; I guess there’s a limit now? As such I wasn’t able to tag every single artist included.)
Click the “read more” to check out the art! Warning: This list is HUGE, and very image intensive!
For me it really doesn’t matter if its a woman, man or whatever who made the art. Good art is good art. And this is mostly extremely good art. :) For me personal not everything in this post. But you can’t like everything. Great post…. Love this. POWER TO ALL ARTISTS!!
